Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received, but please allow up to 5 business days during busy periods.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (for example, during book launches or holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few extra days. If there is a significant delay, we’ll notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship from Toronto, Canada to most countries worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 3–10 business days
United States: 7–15 business days
International: 10–30 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal carrier performance.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).

Please note that some international orders may not include tracking, depending on the destination and carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All prices on this website are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Subtexted by Mandy is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final unless the book arrives damaged or defective. If your book is damaged in shipping, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it with a photo, and I’ll arrange a replacement or a refund. For signed/personalized copies, refunds cannot be offered unless damaged in transit. Your satisfaction matters to me — please don’t hesitate to reach out if something isn’t right.
